Well, I'm almost certainTink is a scrawny little roo in the making. And I'm sorry to say he is the puniest and loudest little runt! He still is partly bare I places, especially around his backside. Here he is now at 4 weeks

Honestly I have no idea! Here are some upclose photos of his underside and backside which is what is still pretty bare.

not likely. mom is one of my brown leghorns and the father is either my lavender ameraucana or my EE that is an ameraucana and barnevelder mix. I have no idea why he looks so puny though. He doesn't ACT puny at least.
