Does this coop have enough ventilation? (Pics)

I'm looking to buy this coop from someone local who builds them. It's 5'x7' and includes the porch. There is a window on each side. My friend doesn't think it has enough ventilation. I'm in Ga with 90 degree days. I plan to install a fan.
It's also made from pine sawmill lumber. Will that hold up? I have 5 large hens and they will be in a fenced in yard during the day. Ty!

It may be nice to cut a square up high on the back above the nest boxes along with a hinged flap. Even an opening on the opposite wall of the one you have would be nice. I would make some type of awning or hinged board for the existing opening for stormy weather.

Both side walls have an opening. The other window is the size of this one. I'm thinking I will still cut another area like you suggested, though. Ty for your response.

I'd open up both gables, smaller over the door and larger over the nest as high as possible....or maybe mount an exhaust fan in the space over the door, it will pull cooler air thru all the other openings.

Hopefully the roost is higher than the nests, tho it's hotter up there...maybe if it's custom built you could get them to lower the nests?

I don't think I could do that on the front since the door goes all of the way up. ?
It's not custom built. He does do custom stuff, but that always costs more. This is one of the few styles that he makes. He makes a ranch style coop that I love, but it's a bit over $100 more than this one and this one was already a bit over my budget as it is. This is the ranch coop. It's 7'x7'
I'm going to shingle the roof on this to help keep moisture out.

They look pretty nice, but IM, not near enough ventilation for chicken in the south.
There should be lots of ventilation way up high....and the roost higher than the nests is important too.

That is adorable. I would add extra ventilation. There is a thread on here I read recently about ventilation. Do a search. I remember it saying something like, if you think you have enough you could probably use more. I agree with aart, I would see if they could lower the nesting boxes, also I would make sure the roost is a little higher than waist high (roosting boxes being lower). This is all info I read on here.

There is room to cut 1 inch round holes in a nice pattern above the door and just staple some screening on the inside to keep bugs out , and then do the same on the back. Maybe that would help.
