Does this egg hatching look normal under my hen?

Was just wondering if everything looks ok for hatching with an unexpected egg hatching after 3 days over due. Pic below. Thanks for your help in advance.

I haven’t seen it move since it’s under the hen but I hear it cheep a few times

The pip looks to be at the wrong end. A better picture would be nice. The pip is supposed to be of at the round end, not quite at the top.

She started pecking the chick and forced it out early so I have had to raise the chick my self and doing fine now, shame for the mum tho
