First time hatching duck eggs, is this normal?

So I did start assisting. Stopped because there was a little blood. I can see the black feathers and beak (visible in the picture) and it's moving around quite a bit. Just seems like the way it's in there it's feet are facing the bottom of the shell not the top which concerns me. But Looks like I need to give it more time right?

So she’s malpositioned?
Was there anything in the article which goes over this?

I’ve had them pip at wrong end, but never malpositioned in the egg.

It can at least breathe and that's the hugest worry, but the amount of time it's been since it pipped is getting long over 48 hours, right? If it's making any progress whatsoever, I'd leave it alone, but if not, I'd chip away some more where its head is.
