Just over the past couple of days, these have appeared and I'm wondering if this indicates something is wrong. I googled it and saw that it could be calcium deposits but it seems odd that its mostly on the top of the shell. Thoughts?

Normally that application on the fat end of the egg can be a sign of dehydration. Is there plenty of fresh water available all day?
I've actually had that condition before.

Yes, but we do have a hen with a healing wound. This could be her egg...but not 100% certain. I will keep a closer eye on her to make sure she is drinking her fair share :) We only have 4 hens now - rooster has recently been removed from the coop (I think it was his spur that opened up the wound on the hen's back :( ).
