Does this incubator design look promising?

I was looking for instructions on homemade incubators and came across this page: https://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Simple-Homemade-Incubator-for-Chicks
Does this seem legit/like it would work? Or does anyone have any homemade incubator ideas that they've used that have worked?

I followed the instructions and only had to buy the cooler. It gets way hotter than I expected but so far is doing a great job. I only use mine as a holding area until my main incubators open up. So I only have to hand turn for a couple days.
