Does this look dried out?

first time with duck eggs. They piped early before lockdown. This one had been pipped at least 30 that I know of. I was getting nervous that its was stuck. Should I help more or let it be?

Piped for 30 hours? If that's the case then help it out. Yes the membrane looks dried. What's the humidity at now? Over 70% RH is good for hatching.

I helped it. And it's now doing great. A lot of this hatch needed help they were covered in a snot like slime.
