Does this look like a frizzle to you?

I got this chick from a wildlife park because I needed a chick to go with my lonely polish egg that is hatching right now. They will usually sell funky special birds...they had bantam silver wyandottes, blue silkies, white silkies (all adults) and then they had these baby barred rocks. I took one but the more I look at it the more I think it may be frizzled but don't know what the frizzled chickens look like. This one is a week or possibly two. What do you think?? It's top new feathers on the top of it's wings are sticking straight up in the air almost. On both wings.

the first feathers of a frizzle are the tips of the wings curling . Yor bird looks somewhat frizzled. Maybe it is just the way the picture is, but it seems very hard for me to tell. Some of the wing feathers dont look so frizzled. Well it must be if the feathers are sticking out like that. hmmm well that didnt make any sense.
