Hello, I’m new to raising ducks and obsessively worried about angel wing. My mallards at 9 weeks old today, and I’m wondering if this could be angel wing? My husband thinks I’m crazy and overreacting but I don’t want to miss anything!

No, it's just the primary coverts overlapping which sometimes happens in birds.
