Does this look like Bumblefoot?

She started limping some yesterday and today it was more obvious limping. I saw a little black spot on her foot and soaked her in Epsom salt and managed to get the top of the scab off. I couldn’t get anything else out. I used betadine and Vetericyn and some neosporin. I wrapped her foot and have her in a dog cage for the night. Do I need to do more to try and get the center out? Her foot isn’t swollen.

It does look like minor Bumblefoot.

I'd try daily soaks in a warm epsom salts bath and treat as you are, see if anything comes to head.
