Does this look like mites or abuse?

This little olive egger has been with me for about a year. She was straggly when I got her, but now it's starting to look really bad. She seems incredibly healthy and she lays an egg everyday. Now I'm noticing that she's even stragglier, and I saw one of the other girls pecking on her head. I can inspect her better tonight, but wondered what the experts here say.

Yikes, poor thing! I would check for mites but I'm no expert on the matter. Do you have a rooster that could be making this worse? I would definitely keep an eye on her to see if the other chickens are regularly messing with her.
