Everything looks good. They have plenty of space to find their "sweet spot" for temperature. I switched to a heat plate and absolutely love it over the lamp. As long as the lamp is secure, there's not much to worry about. The only thing I would do is get a red light, so the light doesn't bother them at night.

It’s ceramic so it doesn’t emit any light just heat

Under the lamp where they would lay says 77 right now (I just put it under there a few minutes ago )
