Does this mean I have a roo?

Well this morning I as able to catch which one is making the sound. It is the little black one. After looking into more info (this is the first time my chickens have hatched any chicks) I'm pretty sure that he is in fact a he. The crow isn't quite right however he acts like a young cockerel. The motions of the crow are rooster perfect and today the crow is a bit more like a real crow. He also gets up on anything to be above the other two. His comb and wattle are developing and they are red. Whereas the other two are not. Also thank you to blairctchickens for the diagram I did notice it does appear a saddle is making its way in. When he gets older I'll update but at this point I think he is a cockerel

Saddle feathers is a great way to tell. Plus, if they are all same age and one is standing more upright as opposed to 'squatty' that's a good way to tell.

the brown bird looks like a pullet, the black bird is a cockerel.

Yea I agree. After looking and comparing all three it does appear that it's a cockerel. I've raised chicks before but this is my first clutch that were hatched by my chickens and the first bantam chicks. But with all the ones I've raised none made any type of crow sound in the morning. And his comb and wattle is red and starting to form where the other two have neither red nor a forming wattle yet.
