does this silkie have bad genetics?

im not sure if this is the right place to put this post, but shed smaller and less fluffier then my others at this age (15weeks)
does she just need time?
is she a runt or something?
her middle toes don't have feathers too

They'll get new feathers at around 4-5 months and be so much more fuller and beautiful. As for the feathered feet, some of mine from exhibition breeders don't have them on those first couple of toes but most do, just very small and few compared to their other toes.

She could be a runt or just a smaller silkie.
 
Did you just get her or did you raise her? Does she eat the same feed as the ones you're comparing her progress to?
Protein matters when it comes to feather health and speed of growth.
If you did only just get her I would give her a while to catch up on a 20% protein feed. If you raised her and everything is the same it might be her genetics.

i raised her with everything the same, except shes the most timid.hmm okay, thank you!
