Does this sound egg bound?

My 3 year old Rhode Island Red hen is miserable, please help, any advice is appreciated! This is day 3 of her symptoms.
Symptoms:
Hunched standing position, lethargic- very little movements and lots of sleeping, trouble standing/balance, pigeon-toed walking, pulsating vent today but not yesterday, belly feels a bit distended but squishy.
She eats a bit, had one scrambled egg yesterday and a couple blueberries this morning. She has pooped, no egg laying, has had multiple epsom salts baths.

Quite possibly...I unfortunately loss 2 hens from this and prolapse recently. I would soak her in Epsom salt, give electrolytes and maybe give her some crushed tums.

Thank you, I have been trying the epsom salt baths, will try some tums today if I can. I am afraid it might be water belly, she's getting worse, can't stand up today and not eating. Her belly feels huge.
