Does this still look like an active Bumblefoot infection?

This is one of my milder Bumblefoot cases. I'm bad with names so I call her Girl 2. I saw a black scab on only one of her foot (this one) a few weeks ago. I pulled it off with a tweezer but didn't see any plug.

I can't tell if this is healing or if the scab is forming again. I've just been applying Silvex wound gel every few days since it seemed to help her other foot a lot. Her other foot was turning red and swollen but looks more normal now after Silvex.

Also, can Bumblefoot just be wiped off? I stopped wrapping her other foot since it was looking better but the next day I saw a black spot on it. I wiped her foot and was able to get most of it off but not all. I couldn't tell if it was dirt or bumblefoot. Sorry if it's a dumb question, this bumblefoot thing is making me second guess everything.

That foot looks pretty healthy to me.. 🤔

And no, bumblefoot can't just be wiped off. Post pics of the other foot.
I think it's that small black dot. Maybe I'm just getting too paranoid and going crazy because one of my hens has a bad case of it and I don't want any of them to go through that.

I have noticed all of their feet getting drier and looks to have some dermatitis going on. Any recommendations for that?
