Does this wing need attention?

Arnold is very big and strong and healthy, but maybe not strong enough for the weight of this wing. Do you think I need to do something so that it does not get stuck bent the wrong way? He is 4 weeks old and fed only Mazuri starter feed as well as being free ranged in grass (and weeds!) all day. The blood feathers on his other wing are not nearly as big as these are.

Sorry about the late reply! Looks like you figured it out just fine.

Usually it only needs to be wrapped for 3 or 4 days.
For anyone that has this problem in the future, my results were not as expected… Arnold, or one of his friends, managed to have the tape pulled off by morning. His wing was up after that and so far has been up for more than 24 hours! Maybe sometimes it only needs to be wrapped for 12 hours or so? Keeping a close eye on it.

I don't know if this will help but thought I'd toss it out here anyway.
