I feel terribly sorry for your hen. Don't leave her side. Try to call the vet or a professional, it's the best thing to do. For now, if there's bleeding, try to stop it. Maybe give her antibiotics since the dog might have germs of some sort. (don't ask me which kind, I don't really know) This is just general information and you should really seek professional help for her. Hope she gets better!

Hi, i recognize these photos. ive had the same exact thing happen to me. if i were you, i’d try to get her out of shock as soon as possible. thats how my hen died. if you havent already, clean out her wounds- maybe in a bath, or just rinse them out. keep her warm and make sure she keeps eating and drinking, even if you have to help her do it. hope i was helpful.

Lots of internal damage, not obvious from the outside, poor girl. I'm glad your neighbors care! They will need to contain their dog better, if it happened on your property, and come up with cash for your loss. It won't help this hen, but it's what's necessary for you, and what's right.
Fencing! It's about having good fencing, keeping their dog at home, and your birds at home too.
