Dog Attack Question

My EE got attacked by a dog on Saturday. She has 3 pretty good sized bite wounds on her rear end. I am treating the wounds, she's on antibiotics, and they're looking ok, but here's my question:

Will the shock of the attack cause her not to lay eggs, or do I need to worry about her not being able to lay due to pain or the injuries. She is pooping. How would I be able to tell if one is 'stuck' ?

The shock of the attack will put her off lay for a few days. She will start up probably sooner than you would expect, though, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. If she starts walking around waddling like a penguin then you may need to check her for egg binding.

She might not lay for a couple weeks or she might start laying in 3-4 days.

When my hen was pretty brutally attacked by my roo, she didnt lay for around 12 days.
