Can I help this girl? She is alive, and alert, not showing any reaction to the wounds.

What can I do?

Clip the feathers around the wound, spray it with sterile saline (or Hibiclens if you have any) to cleanse it, blot dry gently with a clean towel, then smear it with triple antibiotic ointment that does not contain pain reliever. Leave it open. Do this twice a day until it heals, she'll be fine. Don't let other chickens peck her and protect from flies.

Keep her seperated so she can chill even if she seems better. They will try to keep up with flock and pretend. Chickens are pretty hearty, keep it sprayed, give her water a boost.
