Dog attack

Help! My chicken was attacked by a dog. Can someone tell me what yo clean her wounds with and put on them. My vet is closed until next week.

You can clean the wounds with saline and apply a an antibiotic ointment without pain relief medication in it.

The fact that it says “soothes” makes me think there is some kind of pain relief medication in it which isn’t supposed to be used on chickens. Neosporin will work

Even plain Vaseline is good. You just need something to coat it.

This should heal really well if treated right.
