She looks alert but I am concerned that her comb and waddles (sp?) are so pale. Other than that it is a good sign that she is sitting up

Odd---- tonight before I put her to bed... Meds. Water. Vitamins. Bit of a bedtime snack. She was walking on her knees she still isn't standing but she is mobile! Not long distance but enough to scoot around the crate!!

My hen is still scooting around in the crate. Do you think she might have a broken bone or some sort? She is still baring weight on her feet and she prefers to lay. Although she is trying to stand. She is singing and eating like crazy. . She is also getting Poly Visol and baby aspirin. She is also drinking electrolytes. Her appetite is good. She is eating crumbles and assorted veggies/fruits. I haven't seen any more injuries other than the missing feathers. And when i scooped her up off the ground she was still running around and moving....Puzzled but trying to stay hopeful. Anyone else ever dealt with an injury like this this?

I would think if there was a broken bone you would be able to feel it or she would look like she was in pain when you handle her. But I could be completely wrong

Do you think it is worse than a broken leg or rib or something? Like spine problems?
