We caught the neighbors dog trying to eat my chicken. There were a lot of feathers, but as I held her I didn't see any damage or blood on her body. It looks like part of her earlobe was bit. Just a tiny tiny bit of blood. But she is holding her beak open and then, wider, and shaking her head. (just every few minutes, not constantly. There seems to be a small bit of flem? that flicks out, no blood. What do I do? I'm going to run out and check on her...see whats going on. I stayed with her about 20 minutes when I put her into the coop. I'll check to see if anyone has responded.
