Dog attacked Pheasant. Wing broken at Joint, bleeding HELP!!!

We have had a hen pheasant out and running. Our 4 year old upland bird hunting Lab decided to help me cath her. She trampled it and broke its wing right at the joint. She is bleeding, but not badly. I am wondering what I should do. Amputate the wing? Right now I taped it so it has enough pressure to not hurt iti anymore. So amputate or should I let it heal?
help please.

If a vet is not an option, I would probably dress the wound with Neosporin, then wrap the bird so the wing is splinted against its body, probably with vet wrap.
