Dog bite on turkey

Our dog got ahold of our girl last week. I have done a very good job keeping it cleaned and triodine on it. The one side of her face is swelling and her eye is goopy now. She is still eating and drinking ok but wanting to keep her healthy as can be. Vet is not an option as ours won’t take turkeys. Can anyone help with ideas????

I do have access to that as well as penicillin g

Looks like her eye is infected. General care if to flush the eye with saline, push out the pus and apply an eye ointment in the eye 2-3 times a day. Terramycin eye ointment can be found at stores like TSC or ordered online. If you can't get that, then use Original Neosporin.

Amoxicillin may be helpful is you have that, but the pus still needs to come out of the eye.

I agree that I would flush the eye and apply Terramycin or Neosporin ointment to the eye twice a day. Amoxicillin dosage is 250mg given orally twice a day for 7-10 days. Here are some graphic videos on removing pus:
