Dog doesn't go outside

My dog is now 4 years old. We had trained her to wait by the door (like our other two dogs) if they have to go potty. During the winter time, she doesn't go outside or even wait by the door. She will go and pee in the babies' room and poop in the game room! I try to let her out when I have a break throughout the day but she still goes potty in the house. Do you have any suggestions? I can't have dog per next to babies and I sure don't like stepping in it! I have tried to use puppy pads but she won't use them even though that's what she was originally trained with

you can start gating off those rooms. use a leash to tether her to you in the winter and crate her/confine her to a certain room when you can't watch her. Basically, treat her like she was a puppy.

having a small shoveled area where she can get to the grass helps many dogs in the winter time.
