Dog Food?

I have left over dog food. Can I feed it to my hens as a treat?

Yes. I have read that you can in moderation. As a treat like you said, it should be fine.

Like the chicken, the dog is almost an omnivore . . .

Well, actually the chicken IS an omnivore (more like us

). The dog is more of an "almost omnivore."

Keep in mind the cat ain't! An omnivore that is, it is carnivorous. So, it can't be trusted - but, everybody who isn't in denial knows this about a cat.

Can't trust it's food either.
