Dog got an eye injury.

I left my Aussie outside for half an hour and when I come to take him inside I see that he was extremely tired and one of his eyes wasn't opening and I see that it is all red and bloody. I don't know what I should do? Any suggestion will be of much help.

The vet is still your best bet. Don't mess around with eyes, they can't be fixed easily

The vet is too busy and they said they can’t see till July. And I have no other vets in my area.

Emergency clinic? Call around and hope you can find someone. A veterinary ophthamologist would be best. At the vet school?

Call an emergency vet.
My friend’s dog had a stick puncture her eye. She drove 2 hours to an emergency vet. The vet was able to prescribe eye drops that they made on the spot for the dog. She healed very well.

So far he has shown signs of approvement of running and being more active and it looks like it is not too swollen and he is opening it more and tomorrow they said they will be able to see him because he is getting his vaccines and they said they can give him some eye drops.
