Aren't GSP's great dogs?! I can't say they're the best cause I'm partial to boxers but GSP's are a fiercely loyal dog and only want to please their owners. My DW and I have saved 8 dogs so far and the boxer breed holds a special place in our hearts. Don't get me wrong, I love the GSP breed. There's just more energy there than I know what to do with sometimes.

But they sure can snuggle when they want to - just ask my DW.
