Dog mauled one of my hens-can she survive?

I am afraid she is doing worse now. She appears not to be eating or drinking again.

Her leg does not show any obvious trauma that I can see. yesterday she was eating and drinking well. Today she is just sitting there and not responding.

Well that’s good that her leg looks ok. Maybe she just doesn’t feel like eating or drinking. If she ate and drank the other day she might just be choosing not to eat. Are you adding vitamins to her water and treating the wound antimicrobial spray?

Yes, her water has vites and electrolytes. I am using GenOne wound spray for dogs on her wounds. But the rough treatment she received from the dog appears to be too much for her to overcome. She has fallen to her side, and apparently can't get back up. Her leg appears to be spasming rythmatically. She may not make it too much longer.

Thank you. Her condition is …not good, although she is fighting to live. I honestly don’t expect her to survive the night.
