iceheart got up from her nap and walked over to steelpaw."are you ready?"she asked with a excited gleam in her eye.

"Yep! There was no other dirty work. Did you know that I'm trying to get into the Alpha pack? There are lots of good fighters and hunters there." He said as he followed Iceheart.

"Yes I guess there are some good fighters."she said with a sneer.when they came to a clearing with a log she stopped. "Practice leaping but when you are about to leap twist the back paw you prefer and it will make you leap backwards. I made it up my self!"she said proudly

SteelPaw tried doing that, but he failed.

"Remember its the twist that is most important. "

"Okay." He tried it again, and after 5 more times, he got the hang of it.

"Ok now try it like this,"she leaped and twisted her paw and leaped backwards on the log and bit down hard then leaped off.

He tryed it, and succeded.

Iceheart dipped her head "you have now mastered the backwards leap..want to go hunt on the old odat hunting grounds?"she said with a grin.

"Sure! But a question- why are they the "old" hunting grounds?"
