Her coloring is called Parti (white with colored spots) and the little tiny spots are called ticking which is supposedly not a desirable trait.. and Parti coloring is not allowed in the show ring.
And thank you! I think she’s pretty too ... regardless of what is technical or not!

So cute! Love her hair.... Jovi’s is sometimes long and bushy... that’s why she is “Bon Jovi”... she is a hair band girl like her Mama
