Glad you got the dogs back. Now as to the e collars (shock), dogs have to be conditioned to them. In other words they have to know the command, and they have to know how to turn the collar off, (by obeying said command). Please have your father take the collars away, until you guys can get a professional to help you with them.

Yes on putting the tags on, but also call around and see who will microchip them for you! We are taking out newest dog to be chipped at a microchipping clinic on the 12th!
