Mm I'd err on the side of caution and wait a few more days, but if they know where to go to roost they should be fine. I adopted an adult flock for my first chickens and was letting them out in a 20x20 enclosure and they went to bed right off the bat, so I immediately expanded their run. They are old enough to remember where bed is pretty quickly!
