Domestic Geese poop dangerous?

i read that Canadian geese poop is dangerous to humans, diseases etc. Is domestic geese, Chinese, Sebastool geese poop just as dangerous to humans?

I see you and spouse holding a Lil Angel , so I can see your concerns.
All Poop can be dangerous. (dog, cat, bird, and human) It all contains bacteria in different levels. Avoidance and good sanitation keep danger low. I keep chickens, and do get some contact. I always wash my hands and whatever else after handling them. I dispose of doggie pies just the same. So far my method of pro active washing has kept me from getting sick. We as family with children would go to the park where Canada Geese were also plentiful. There were those green cigars everywhere. Just watched the smaller ones not to play with those. The older children knew to avoid on their own already. No one encountered any problems as to being there.
