Dominant rooster kicked down in pecking order - What should I do?

Peepers has now been kicked down in the Pecking Order. :(
Found him beat up today hanging out with the chicks.

Going to try to figure out who beat him up.

Were getting rid of some roosters soon (to make space for the new cockerels) so hopefully things die down and Peepers gets back to his spot. I liked having him up there. :idunno

Going to give him a treat and clean up the wounds.
Poor dude.

He has a wicked set of spurs and isn't dead. Maybe he was the winner. If not, the winner should be strutting around letting everybody know about it.

The worst outcome is to have one kill the other outright and then die later from his injuries.

I am sure that he lost.
I see 2 other roosters (the GLW and Cochin X EE) strutting around like they own the place, so one of them must’ve won.

Funny, those are the two I’m getting rid of soon because I hate the way they treat the ladies. Maybe then, the OEGB will get back into the top position.

Well..
We got rid of the Cochin X EE and the GLW.
They were just too aggressive toward the hens and other roos, and sometimes even humans.
After that, Jerry quickly became the most dominant in the pecking order.

And...Mr. P quickly became second-in-command.

He's the reason I started this thread. I'm glad to see he's back up there in the pecking order.
It all turned out great in the end! Thank you all for your help & advice.

I just realized the reason Mr. P was so bloody earlier was because of the OEGB mix.
And now they are both ruling the flock in peace. No fighting that I know of.
