How can i distinguish between
1) dominant white, heterozygous Silver rooster
2) domintat white, homozygous silver rooster
are both phenotype =same?
also
hetero or homo dominant white with silver, are both same?

I don’t know about genes in chicken but in general you have the following:
A(dominant gene, let’s say silver)
a(recessiv gene, let’s say yellow)

homozygous dominant : AA -> they look silver
homozygous recessive : aa -> they look yellow
Heterozygous: Aa -> they look silver

when they breed together you get different outcomes if the parents are homozygous dominant or heterozygous.
see my attached drawing.

please note that the percentages go for every egg. So with two heterozygous parents every egg has a 25% chance of becoming a yellow chick.

all above is very simple and will work different in real life but this is a simple explanation how things work.

hope it helps
