Dominique Cockerel or Pullet?

Hi, I was on here asking about my rare chick from the hatchery when they are a week old. I was told they thought it to be a Dominique and possibly a pullet. Now, the chick is 4 weeks old. I was wondering what you all thought about a cockerel or pullet now. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

What is the difference between a Dominique cockerel and pullet in looks?

You can see the difference in the coloration of the barring.

Here is a site that will show the difference between a Dominique rooster and pullet. Notice the comb on the rooster. That's also how you tell the difference between a Dominique and a Barred Rock or a Cuckoo Marans

The males are lighter in colour than the females. A kind of rule of thumb is: male 2/3 white 1/3 black, female 2/3 black, 1/3 white.
Aren't Marans single combed?
