Is this normal? She is 18 weeks old today, and out of my four hens, she is the only one without wattles. Her face is nice and red though. I know she doesn't really get picked on, well no more than the other hens anyways.....I will post pictures of her later.......don't tell anyone....I'm at work!

edited because I'm a dork and decided that chickens have waddles, not wattles!!

According to the 2010 American SOP, Dominique hens have wattles that are "rather small, well-rounded, smooth, fine in texture, free from folds and wrinkles". On the drawings, the wattles are similar to those on Rocks, smaller than Rhode Island Reds, similar to Wyandottes.
