Dominique Pullet or Rooster? 16 Weeks

My 10 weeks old roo is smaller than my pullets but has larger wattles and comb like yours. His features are more pronounced and stance more upright.His tail feathers were slow to develop initially but now are taller and more upright than the girls.

UPDATE!!!!!!! My rooster laid an egg!!! Yeah! I had literally just emailed rescue places this morning. I'M SO HAPPY!!!! It should be noted that she started looking even more like a rooster (some iridescent feathers, etc). Wouldn't have believed it, if I hadn't seen it for myself!!
