Dominiquer rooster and Rhode island white hen

First off I am new and we have only had chickens for about a year and love them. About 21 days back we had a hen get broodie and we decided to just let it play out. So know they are starting to hatch and i am wondering what we are going to get and what to do. Fist should i just let her do all the work after they hatch or should i take them and raise them in doors pros and cons please. Second we only have one rooster that is dominiquer and 4 different types of hens what do i get with these crosses
