Do you have any older roos? And i would wait a while to be sure they are cockerels like you said you wouldnt want to get rid of them and they turn out to be pullets.

I have a 16 week old cockeral that still hasn't crowed.

I noticed one of them making like a horse growling crowing noise yesterday so I am fairly certain we have a verdict ;-) thanks for the input guys!
