dominiques sick?

hello. we have a variety of chicks that are now 6 weeks old. there are 3 dominques in the group and they are soooooooo small and even look "deformed"

is this ok? a

any comments welcome.

Hi Suzanne,

You might want to take some pictures and post them. What about them makes you think they are deformed? Could they be a bantam Dominique?

No camera.

We did not order bantams but possible I guess if there was a switch at the hatchery.

They appear "hunched" as if in a ball and like no neck. The other birds are almost double their size. One of the dominiques died last night and now there is another over in the corner of the brooder all my herself.

no tail feathers developed like the others.
