Don’t know breed or gender!

Hello! Can anyone guess what breed and gender is of my bantam chicken approximately 7 weeks old. When it was a couple days old it was black with a white chest. Purchased at tractor supply

He looks like a bantam Cochin cockerel. I’m not sure what the feather pattern is called though.

Thanks for the replies - I was thinking he is a cockerel as well but unsure of breed. I’ll wait to see how he develops-he seems to change every other day. Today some of his feathers on his back have turned a shiny greenish copper.
