One of my ducklings pipped 48 hours ago and broke free from egg. But at the start we thought it was double yolk. Now the duck is basically free from egg but looks like has 2 yolk sacks attached and it’s not fluffed up or even stood up. Just chirping away lying there. What do I do?

The duckling hatched by itself or did you have to help it hatch out of the egg?

Clear pictures?

It looks like his yolk is not fully absorbed. I'd put triple antibiotic ointment (without pain reliever) on the area and place him in a cup in the incubator until his yolk is absorbed and his navel heals. It's very important that he be kept still so he doesn't accidentally rupture the yolk, which can be fatal.

Best of luck!

I would follow everyones advice there, in instances where that fails and the yolk ruptures anyway, I cut it away and then stop the bleeding with a paste mixture of flour and water. Its saved every bird Ive had this happen to except for 1 pheasant.
