Because Ayam cemani aren't illegal to export. The Dong Tao is.

I actually saw someone post some on FB in NC. Not sure if it was real or a scam, but they were listed.

There all scammers the ones in Facebook I got scammed literally 4 times I paid them u get a email from a fake shipping company saying that they need a refundable charge of 200 dollars but there all scam like why aren’t there still honest people

These are the two places that came up for me. I've never heard of either of these places and both have the birds under the turkey category, which is suspicious. As Jacin said, Dong Taos aren't exactly legal to export so finding some in the USA is extremely rare.
