Glenmar is right. Cooked eggs are better for them. If you give them any grains you need to give them grit. Eggs really are your best option.

Not sure about that one. Give him some time. Make sure he is getting food and water and it may correct itself.
If this little chick is not growing as fast as the others that may be a clue that something more serious is wrong.
Feed them the egg yolk. They will love it, and it is good for them.
