Don't know what kind this layer is

Hey! This hen is a couple years old and I was wondering what kind she is. She lays almost everyday except in the winter and she is the boss! She has black at the end of her feathers on her neck and on her tail.
 
A bit light on the bottom half for a pure rhode island red. Mixed maybe or new hampshire red? My rir's haven't stopped laying and we've been quite cold for a bit. Had a foot of snow on halloween and still got eggs. Out of 3 hens i've only had about 4 days total, all spread out, that no one laid an egg since they bagan laying.
 
Production Red or ISA Brown. Our ISA Browns look like that, if the feathers are more brown than red. If more brick red than brown, Production Red. Hard to tell with my monitor.
