Don't know what's wrong with my Rooster's right wobble, looks swollen and has cut?

Today I noticed a cut on his right wobble and it appears to be swollen, what is it and what can I do to help him? I've never had this happen to any of my birds. Any adivce and tips will be helpful, thank you!!!
