Hello all my chicken friends.
After going through our recent Raccoon attack and having two injured hens recouperating in our garage in a 4' round and 2' high horse trough (that we had intended to use for a planter) I now think we need a more permanent solution for whenever the hens might need to come inside (e.g., in case of injury or extreme weather or whatever). I want something that won't let them walk all over the garage but also will allow them some freedom. The large dog crates available seem too small. Do you guys have any suggestions? We have a Rhode Island Red, a SL Wyandotte and an EE. All are 17 weeks old.
